Month not showing up correctly in report view.

Hi There,

In my Data view, my dates are showing correctly as January. However, when I go into report view, and try to build a pivot table, the months do not show up as just January but are showing other months as the days have been converted to months instead. I am unable to troubleshoot this. Could someone kindly help me please? thanks!

Thanks for the solution @Anonymous  provided, and i want to offer some more information for user to refer to.

hello @powrebinoob , you only put the date field to the table, it will display all the date, because there is no filter,so you need to put other field to the visual.

You can refer to the following picture, i have the following data.

Then in table visual, i put just put the date field to the table visual.

It displatys all the month, then you need to put other field of the table to the visual, then the date will be filteded.

you could try to set a Filter for the Pivot Visual for just the January
