Hi,
I have a question: How to handle change in the source table structure (renaming a column header, removing column(s))? At present, PowerQuery gives me error that the column is not available and I have to start all over. Is there any possible solution around this?
Thanks!
Vivek
Solved! Go to Solution.
Every table you import into PowerBI, whether from your database or anyplace else, has a M code behind it. In the query editor, you should be able to go to the advanced editor and see what M query code was used to retrieve your table. All you have to do, is to simply make the desired changes in the M code. (look carefully and you will understand what's happening in the code)
