MoM Change with filters on report

I have created calculations for the number of previous month referrals and the MoM change and MoM % change. When I filter the report by 'Facility', the 'previous month referrals' does not change. I also have multiple other filters on the report page so the customer would be able to view the % change by whatever they'd like. How can I fix this?

Please check in order to make pervious to work, have you added all(table), If so use all(table[date]). 

If not so please share sample calculations.

I think we need to see more of what you are doing. Can you post a sample power bi file ?
