Missing some Data in the table after publish to the portal

Missing Some figures after publish to the portal.

Before publish to the web portal numbers are shown as below.

You may check if this is caused by UTC time zone.

Its nothing to do with Timezone. when we download the file from web and view the table, the values are shown. But it does not show when it's published
