HI!
I have to get Data from several SharePoint folders and combine them. Sometime some folders are empty.
How to avoid the import errors on refresh and continue the merge/append the qeuries from the existing files from the non-empty folders.
Thanks
@Anonymous how you getting files sharepoing, are you using sharepoing folder as a source, which should work in this case. Read files from share point folders and you will get only files that are available and not to worry about missing files. Hope it make sense.
Would appreciate Kudos 🙂 if my solution helped.

Feel free to email me with any of your BI needs.
How are you combining the data? Do you have a query for folders on separate sites, or are you using a function to import similar files from a single sharepoint site with multiple folders?
I have multiple subfolders in the same SharePoint folder and I request data for each one with New Source/SharePoint Folder and select from Parameter the Folder Name.
