Hi,
I am using PBi to connect directly to my outlook calendar. This is working find to most of the times, but I noticed that the "Categories" variable is not being passed across and made available to use.
When I look at the data source fields, I can see that "Categories" are there. Even when I initially connect to the data source, it shows as a "list" type field, but I dont see it as an available field in PowerBI

Hi @Ruka , you have to expand the categories list using the two options that Power BI gives you:
If you select Extract to New Rows it will create one row per categorie listed. If you select Extract Value, you can concatenate each categorie with a separator such as comma, for instance, as shown below:
