Hi everyone, I encountered a weird problem this morning.
Our company has a Power BI that connected to the report. After two months of using, we want to update the report. So, we opened the report on desktop and refresh the data.
After refreshing, I checked the fact table that get data from SharePoint List and I found out that on Power BI, the table has 9392 rows while on SharePoint List, there are only 9103 rows.
Now I am confused as the report will not be correct with this extra 289 rows. Please help me.
P/S: For the data operation in the query, I did not change anything beside the data types and replace some null values.
Hi @NTLam ,
Based on the description, try to verify the data type and null value replacements to ensure they are not affecting the data row counting.
Then, review the increased rows whether the data is duplicated and whether there are filters or settings in Sharepoint.
Besides, try to reconnect the data from the SharePoint list in Power BI desktop again.
