Microsoft Fabric Updates Blog - Email subscription not working

Dear All, 2/3 months ago I was able to receive e-mail updates published on Microsoft Fabric Updates Blog (Microsoft Fabric Blog) but in the last 6/7 weeks I haven't received them anymore. In addition when I try to subscribe again (the goal is to check if my subscription is still active), it appears a generic error on the page. I'm using my work account. Does anyone faced the same issue?

I am having the same issue. I have done all the above and still do not recieve any more blog updates. My last email was received on 2/5/2025.

This happened previously around 7/2024 - I reached out to Zoe Douglas and she was passed along my issue to a team that resolved it.

I didn't reach out here. I actually messaged her on LinkedIn. She gave me a link to this - but I never implemented it because it started to work quickly afterwards. Honestly, I forgot about this and I think I will try this. Keeping up with the Power BI Blog with Power Automate

• Clear your browser cache and cookies, then attempt to resubscribe.
• Use a different browser or device to check if the issue persists.
• Verify if your work account is blocking emails from the blog domain.
  If issue still persists please contact Microsoft support or your IT team for further assistance.

Hi @Akash_Varuna, thank you fr your comments. Obviously we have already checked this issue, I'm a part of the IT team. Issue persists.
