Merging two unrelated tables

I want to merge two data source one is in EDW and other is an excel file they dont have any similar columns between them,

can i still merge them?

Yes. Some Power Query options, depending on how you want the result to look like (as you forgot to mention):

 

  1. Add an Index to each table and join on that index.
  2. Use table.Combine or just Table1 & Table2

You might want to synchronize some column names to get data in the same columns.
