Merging Table (Get every possible combo)

I am tring to merge two tables that do not have a relationship. For every unique row in CF, I want a new table called Goal that has each unique value in the Cust table. So I want every possible combination of the two tables as my result. Thoughts?

Forgot to mention, you could also use CROSSJOIN in DAX
