Merging Queries Help

So I have a sloppy data model already created for a large report I have created and I dont really want to move around columns due to custom columns I have created already. But I have another source that I need to link to pull data into the model. I am not sure how to though. The new table I need to bring in shares many of the same columns as the old table but the column names are a little different. Also The new table has many new columns I need to keep track of. They both share the same primary key of Project ID. I am looking for advise on merging these tables.

Hi @ConnorH ,

Do you want to introduce new data sources into the already created data model?
First delete the table relationships in the model, then merge the tables in "Edit Query", and then re-establish the table relationship.

(Transform data -> Home -> Merge Queries)

Best regards,
Lionel Chen
