Hello,
I have two table from different source and I'm using Fuzzy match for merge
but for few names fuzzy match is not working if I'm not giving Threshold limit
eg. S.John in table 1 and Saint John in table 2
Does space make any differnce ?
Fuzzy match is not matching at all
If i give similarity threshold of 0.4 or 0.5 then its matching but i dont want to give it, its matching other name incorrectly

Hi @kb177
You can try a couple of things. If you have known transformations like S.John -> Saint John then in one table, replace the value with the one you want it to match. So (for example) replace S.John with Saint John.
Or you can use a Transformation Table in the fuzzy match which explicitly tells PQ what words/phrases to change/match
