If you are getting the results based on the Actual column compared to the budget column, then you can refer to the steps below.
I have made some adjustments to the data as I am not sure about the exact logic.
In power query editor, when you get the table below.
You can create a conditional column.
Subsequently delete the unwanted columns.
If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
