Merge DB/dataset

hi all
in my activity i've a business DB. In last years I created two dataset using the same business DB. now I need to merge this two dataset. do you have any idea about it?

the main DB is the same and it's too big to be used in import mode

Do you just want to merge these two datasets?

If you want to create reusable transformation logic that can be shared by many datasets and reports inside Power BI,

you can try using dataflow. Dataflows promote reusability of the underlying data elements, preventing the need to create separate connections with your cloud or on-premise data sources.
