Memory error: Applying query changes in power query

I am using only power BI desktop not using excel 2016.  All the data import is done through power query of power bi. 

I have a file containing 20.10 lakh rows of data. (combined 3 months data in power query). I have imported the data into power query but not successful in loading data to power pivot model.

I have tried 2 ways to load the imported data of power query into power pivot. 

First one:

Once the data is combined and imported, I clicked apply and close: After a certain point of applying query changes, I am getting following error. I am not able to load the data. 

 

Second One:

Data is combined and imported. Before clicking apply and close I am unchecking Enable load. So that data query is not loaded. The only connection is established.

When I click on apply and close. I am not able to find any link to connect to power query window in modelling tab.

Even manage relationship tab is not active.

 

Also unchecked the overall setting to optimise data modelling but this is also not working.

Hi Kumshan450,

Which version of power bi desktop are you using? If you are using old version of PBI desktop, please update to the lastest version. In addtion, for your question1 if your data is very large, I would recommend you to use 64-bit version of power bi desktop because 32-bit version has ram limitation. And for your question2, which data source are you connecting to, are you using import mode or live connection mode?

I am using version: Version: 2.58.5103.501 64-bit (May 2018). It's up to date. My laptop is 64 bit.

I don't know what is import mode or live connection mode. How to check this?

I am able to load the data in power pivot after deleting an important step of data sorting in power BI. The below step is important. After that, I need to do add index column. Please help to find an alternative measure to load the data in power pivot along with data transformation.

Is this related to system issue:

I have 4 GB RAM and I3 processor.

IF this is a system issue, can i change the data load settings of power BI. Any alternative solution?
