Measure works on desktop and when publish online but doesn´t when updates

Greetings , 

My PowerBi has a a long time problem with a limit measure, this measure works really fine on desktop nothing to complain about, right after publishing it works fine but after an update on the Data the measure goes to infinity, this BI isn´t new but during January it worked fine and i thought it was fixed but right now isn´t working again. Here follows the DAX formula. A table to show whats happening after the updates, and the other formulas that fill the Measure im having problems. For last the Base Dias table and the visual i need this measure.

I tried this aprroach with the DIVIDE function and it didnt work, i think the formula isnt the problem because there are others pbix which use this same DAX and work just fine, thank you any way.
