Measure value spill over

Hi All,  I am converting Trade value into negative. but this value is applying for all others as well. how get the result like in second table..

TP Trade = CALCULATE([TP_$],(Data[In - out]="Trade"))*-1

Data		Wrong
IN-Out	TP_$	TP Trade
IN	256	-50
Out	522	-50
Trade	50	-50
Data		Correct
IN-Out	TP_$	TP Trade
IN	256	0
Out	522	0
Trade	50	-50

    SELECTEDVALUE(Data[In - out]) = "Trade",

    [TP_$] * -1,

    0

)
