Measure total is blank when using HASONEFILTER

When using the measure below, the total of my column shows blank (i'm trying to total only visible values in a column).

Amitchandak - thank you for your response.  I ended up with additional months that I didn't need, so I tried to simplify my logic.  Now my measure totals, but it isn't the correct total - do you see what is wrong with this logic?  thanks

I added the measure definition of 'Total Rental Charges YTD#2' in case my error is in this definition.
