I have a measure that returns the first observed year in the columns below. The programming of that measure is:
EARLIEST_TRANSACTION_YEAR =
CALCULATE(
MIN('Helivalues Transaction History'[Sale Year]),
ALLSELECTED('Helivalues Transaction History'[Sale Year])
)
2010 appears in every cell in the matrix in the lower panel.
What is the DAX so that a matrix would have $9,740,000 in every cell. Please note I can't use MAX on those values because sometimes the starting value is less than the second or third value.
Basically, I want the value associated with year 2010 to be output into a measure.
Thanks for any help!

@mrothschild I think this the measure you are looking for:
zzzzzzzzzzPrice during Starting Sale Year =
VAR EARLIEST_TRANSACTION_YEAR =
CALCULATE(
MIN('Helivalues Transaction History'[Sale Year]),
ALLSELECTED('Helivalues Transaction History'[Sale Year])
)
VAR EARLIEST_PRICE =
CALCULATE (
[zzAverage Unit Price Current Year (weighted by Model Year Units)],
'Helivalues Transaction History'[Sale Year] = EARLIEST_TRANSACTION_YEAR
)
RETURN
EARLIEST_PRICE
