Measure to compare 2 text columns dynamically where data in un-ordered

I just want compare 2 text column dynamically where data is not organized and I want to create it as a measure. So that it works   when a filter is applied  and changes dynamically. i.e is when the filter is applied the state and destination column changes accordingly by which the Result column also changes. I am new to DAX Query. so kindly request you help here.
