I have a calculated column that uses this formula
to convert my time column to round out to 30-minute increments. However, I want the tank levels value to show as one combined row with all of the values that fall under 12:00. Instead, it still looks like this.

Check out the CONCATENATEX command, but you'll probably have to build a TIME Table, as you'll need 1 Unique 30 minute value per CONCATENATEX join...
