Measure single cell value

Hi all,

I want a measure that represents the value of a specific cell.

I would like the cell to be chosen on basis of a slicer, a parameter id and the most recent date.

My data looks as:

And for example i want to make a gaugeplot with the chosen cell

I hope you can help me improve my Power BI skills. Feel free to ask if the question is not fully understandable.

Can you also show how do you want the gaugeplot look like, so we think of other workarounds.

@Thomas_Nielsen , Not very clear.

The measure is aggregated value based on the applied filter unless ignored. So if the filters can point to cell, it will be that value
