Measure not showing values

I want to use a measure that I created in one table  in another table but for an unknown reason to me shows no values.

The table where I calculate the measure is to get a rolling forecast, this table has a combination of Item, Product, from warehouse, and to warehouse with a monthly value.

In the other table, I have the current inventory at product, warehouse level. I want to use the forecast average to calculate the  inventory coverage (inventory at warehouse level/ forecast at from warehouse level = coverage ).

If I can see the average calculated correctly in my forecast visual, but if I add the measure to the inventory visual it shows all blanks.

What can I do to calculate the coverage?

Here it is a sample file Test File

As you can see if I select no year in the Forecast page, FCSTAVRG measure does not work, only until I select the year, in my example I will take 2024 and From warehouse VM. The FCSTAVRG for first ITEM (21180) in MAY is 126 ( 167 (may)+193(jun)+17(jul) = 377 /3 = 125.67)

The result I want to get in the Inventory page, selecting Warehouse VM for same item (21180) should show for FCSTAVRG measure 126 and the coverage result should be 1/126 = 0.008

Thanks in advance for your help!
