Measure for calculating the number of days between dates

Hello!

I want to calcuate my lead time. I have a table in the following format (example recreated...)

I now would like to have a calculation that returns me the time between those dates in number of days. However, I cannot seem to get this in a DAX measure, only in a calculated column (using DATEDIFF). However I believe a measure would be better as my data source is unfortunately excel...

Anyone can help with how this can work in a DAX measure? When I try DATEDIFF in a measure, I can't select my columns in my table...
