Measure causing performance issue in table

This calculated measure is not allowing the table to load, is there a way to optimize this dax? 

Here I'm converting Hours (decimal) into HH:MM:SS Format.

@Anonymous , If your number is hour just try a new column like

Column = time(0,0,0)+ [Time in hour]/24
