I have been trying a combination of SUM, SUMX, etc. but cant figure it out.

Otherwise first question, I don't see the measure [Test Measure] in your pictures. What am I supposed to see in the screenshot? And what are you expecting?

Sorry, the "7a) Total Regional KPI" is the "Test" measure, but just with a different name. I normally include an example file, but cant this time.
The 1st screenshot is showing that the measure displays a numerical value for each building. But I want to group the buildings together so I can just have regions and remove the "Building Code" column, similar to the 2nd screenshot and all the building code values are totaled together per region.
