May i know mini bar need to use what Visualization ?

Hi,

 

You can use the data bar feature in the matrix visual to achieve this (see image 1). You'll find the setting in the format pane under "conditional formatting".

@admin11  In addtion to @timg Solution Change the Direction from left to right to Right to Left

as shown below
