Max of one value based on other row

Capture1.PNG

Is there a way I can get the max of the occupancy level without having the lower occupancy levels included? I need to only have the rows that are underlined without the previous rows, but I am not sure how to do that. Thanks

@abeirne , Change column combination as per need

a new column=

Maxx(filter(Table, [Name & resort] = earlier([Name & Resort]) && [Date] = earlier([Date]) ), [Occupied %])

Thank you just what I was looking for!

Is there a way to do this in power query as well so I can remove the duplicates to save space?
