Max date in Matrix

Hi All, I have data as shown below, Representatives worked with multiple manufacturers and with different skills.

In the matrix I need show only last skill performed by Manyfacturer as highlighted.

I tried with Max date with All exept Manufacturer and All Expert Representative but not working.

Please help me with this!

Your expected result is not clear.  Do you want to remove the non coloured dates?  Please show the expected result clearly and share the download link of your PBI file.

Yes, I need to show only colored dates, Non-Colored has to be remove.

My dax in a Matrix is 

Max date = CALCULATE(MAX('Date'[report_date]),ALLEXCEPT('Table1','Table1'[Manufacturer]),

ALLEXCEPT('Employee','Employee'[representative]))
