Max Value of subset of table

Good morning, 

I'm trying to get the max value of a subset of the full table. Example of the dataset:

Now if I make a table with only the first three teams, I'd like to get this result:

My measure:

Measure =

CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[Value]),ALL('Table'))

But in my example that would give me 198 as result instead of 147.
