I would like to solve this problem- remove subtotal, but not sum of all rows

Can you tell me where I can find marix properties->General->Row Totals on/off?

And is it really solution ?

Row Totals is available in a matrix under General tab, which controls both subtotals and grand totals' visibility for rows. Please see:

Currently, there is no OOTB feature for us to only control row group subtotals. You can vote on this idea and comment with your request: Please provide way to remove Total from Matrix viusalization.
