Matrix visual

Hi, My english is so bad explain what i'am struggling for but hope you can understand.
In Matrix visual i wanna see our  store's customers that sales over 10m and which category item is these customers buying. when i use filter on matrix visual it's only show that category sales over 10m any other less 10m don't show up in the hierarchy.
It's like

Customers          2023              2024          Total
Jhon                     15m               5m            20m

  after added item category:
Customers          2023              2024          Total

   Bike                   10m              1m              11m

   Book                  5m                4m              9m

Hi,

I am not sure how your semantic model looks like, but I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.

Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

Sales with condition =
VAR _conditioncustomerlist =
    FILTER (
        VALUES ( customer[customer] ),
        CALCULATE (
            SUM ( sales[sales] ),
            ALL ( category[category] ),
            ALL ( 'year'[year] )
        ) >= 10
    )
RETURN
    CALCULATE ( SUM ( sales[sales] ), customer[customer] IN _conditioncustomerlist )
