Matrix visual issue

Hi All,

I have a matrix visual which is showing weird results.

I only wanted to see the matching details based on the customer. But the visual is giving unmatched data as well.

I tried filtering on the columns but that did not work.

Can anyone help me with a work around. On how to fix this.

Have you used +0 or handling or blank in meausre

or Have you used "Show Item with no Data"

Remove above option if used

Thanks for a quick reply.

The scenario is like this. I have multiple customers (say A, B, C,etc.)  and there provide multiple products all in a table.

Now I have a revenue table separately and there are multiple measures in it.

These tables are connected with a customer ID.

Now I want to see the customer and products under him and the revenue details that shows gross margins, revenue growth etc in a matrix table.

When I am putting the fields into the visual, I got weird results. Under each customer all the products in product column is getting displayed. Whereas, it should be only products supplied by that customer.

Hope you got my exact issue.

Also, to answer your question I am not counting any blanks or +0 in my measures to the best of my knowledge. 

Please help me know if you require any other details.
