Have a weird error where in some values are not displaying when one of the Selection is collapsed. Screenshot below. No relation between the collapsed value and the value which is not displayed and no relationship defined in datasets either.
1. Everything is fine when everything is expanded:
2. S.N 10 is collapsed by clicking on 10>>Collapse>>Selection, value for S. N 80 goes away
3.I filtered out S.N 10 instead of "Collapse Selection", value for 80 comes back
Other values like S.N 20,30 etc. looks unaffected. 10 and 80 have no relation.
Any known issues? Anyone else experienced anything similar?

Hi @Aswini000000000
This is a known issue with the Power BI Matrix visual and is connected to how the Collapse > Selection feature works. When you collapse a specific value, such as S.N 10, the Matrix recalculates the layout and may incorrectly hide unrelated rows like S.N 80, even though there is no link between them in the data. This does not occur when filtering out the same value, which shows the issue is specific to the collapse/expand functionality and not due to data modeling or relationships.
This is a rendering bug or limitation of the Matrix visual, and similar issues have been reported by other users. As a workaround, it’s better to use filters or slicers instead of Collapse Selection, use the expand/collapse icons, or avoid selective collapsing in important reports.
If still faces the same issue then please consider raising a support ticket for further assistance.

Hi, Thanks; I am able to workaround this issue; but end user was doing the "collapse" feature. For time being, I've told them to use the filters.
