Matrix visual / Pivot / Unpivot - with measures

I have measures to calculate prev month totals, but htey are not working well

will take a look at it, But my desired output (copied from excel) didnt give the right picture, i think. Below is what i am looking at, not some extra columns in the matrix, but i cannot even get more than 1 column to display in the matrix.

@rp2022 It's the same technique. Essentially you need a disconnected table for your hierarchy and a single measure that recognizes where it is in the hierarchy and returns the appropriate calculation.
