Matrix table with colour rules

Hello Team,

I need to create a matrix table where it indicates the latest files received and if it has been transfered successfully in the database.

Here is my raw data:

Site	Date	Worksheet	Status
ABC	26/01/2024	rdept	Completed
CDE	25/01/2024	gpm	Completed
ACB	26/01/2024	rdept	Error

I need to create a measure that indicates in red that we didn't receive the latest gpm file for site CDE and that the latest file of ACB has errors. If the the latest file is today and the status is completed, the cell should be highlighted in Green in my matric table.

Any idea how i can do this?

Create this measure:

CF Color = 
VAR __CurrentDate = TODAY()
VAR __Date = SELECTEDVALUE( Table41[Date] )
VAR __Status = SELECTEDVALUE(Table41[Status])
VAR __Result = IF( __Date < __CurrentDate || __Status = "Error" , "red" , "green" )
RETURN
    __Result

Select Status from the series drop down and click on fx

Assign the mesure as Field Value
