Matrix table to create Gantt Chart

Hi Community,

I would like to know as I'm stuck currently where I want to create a Gantt Chart by using a normal Matrix Table in Power BI. I want to have the values to either 1, 2, or blank. I have a column "Start" and "End" and a create Table to have all the dates along with MonthYear calendar for each date. However, it's not able to turn the start and end date to a range and have "1"s or "2"s in the table of the range. it only adds 1 or 2 in the initial month only. Does anyone have an idea on how to counter this?

My Type, Start, and Finish : where each row will have Actual and Planned and each of those have their own Start and Finish :

And a complete MonthYear

Please help me in this matter, Thank you All.

Best Regards,
Irfan

Hi @irfan_abdrhman

Let's hope the attached file will help you get started. Otherwise, please provide a workable sample data (not an image), your expected result from the same sample data and your reasoning behind (like how 1 and 2 are calculated). You may post a link to Excel or a sanitized copy of your PBIX stored in the cloud.

Please refer to this post on how to get your questions answered quickly.
