Matrix table : show items with no data for both Rows and Columns

Hello Team,

Is it possible to show no data both for the row and the column field.

Power BI seems to have the option but it does not work for both. Seem to be either the row or the column.

to report on things that aren't there you need to use disconnected tables and/or crossjoins.
