When creating a Matrix I have a Title, and then below that I have what appears to be the name of the column and the table. How do I get rid of the name of the column and table? Also how can I change this from percentage to numbers? Thanks?

According to your description, the title in matrix visual can be custom set to be on or off.
Also the name of column headers cannot be removed, but it can be hidden by setting its font color to white.
To change the type or unit of a field, you can select the meaure that needs to be changed, and then modify it in the following area.
