I originally had a table visual showing data, but then decided I wanted the first n columns frozen when scolling to the right and therefore had to use a matrix instead. The only problem is, that the matrix is grouping rows. See below, the table visual correctly shows 3 rows for "OBO ID" 310, bu the Matrix is only showing one row.
How can I get all rows showing in the Matrix?

I have found if I add the "Budget Millions" column into the Matrix "Row" field, it then displays the correct rows, but I dont want the "budget Millions" column in the "Frozen" section of the matrix.
@StuartSmith , Matrix rows are frozen not values. but if Budget Millions is a column in row is should be frozen?
The problem is, the matrix is grouping "Budget Millions" (see below) and it doesnt give the me option to "Dont Summerise".
What I want it to do is... but dont know if it is possible or i am not doing something right.
@StuartSmith
Apologies if you know this already, but just in case...
To see the values line by line you need to expand the rows. Here is an example:
A simple matrix with several rows and one measure: notice how only the top level hierarchy is visible, and the values are grouped:
If you right-click on the "Channel" field in the matrix visual, you get options:
And you get this (you can format the row options under "Row Headers" in the format pane for the matrix visual)
Again, apologies if you were already aware of this.

@StuartSmith Did you try converting the data type to text that might help you. else please share your data in text format
