Matrix into a Paginated report

Hello everyone,

Please have a look at the image of the matrix. The columns are measures and the rows are coming from a dimension table.

Screenshot (488).png

This matrix has more than 60 rows and counting.

When exporting the data from this matrix in PBI service, all the formatting is removed and we only get the matrix.

I wanted to know, if this matrix can be replicated as is, with all the colours and conditional formatting intact in a paginated report, with all the 60+ rows in the same page.

If yes, can this paginated report be exported from the PBI service with a Pro workspace, into a PDF or as an image, with all the rows in a single page?

Instead of a paginated report, if there is any other way to export this entire matrix as an image, PDF or Excel with all the formatting and rows into a single file, then please share the information.

If you need any further information, please let me know.

Thank you,

Hi @v-cgao-msft,

Is there some way we can export the entire matrix table as an image?

Or can we download the matrix table in to excel or any other app, with all the formatting intact?
