Matrix fill cells for items with no record for a certain date

Hello,

I'm trying to show month to month changes in a matrix visual. Some items are new (didn't exist and don't have records for previous months) and some are old (no longer exist and don't have records in the last month). Below is an example data table.

And the result matrix I'm getting.

Although the totals seem to be correct, the item a102 has blank cells for 31/01/2022. Similarly, item a103 has blank cells for 31/12/2021. Is there a way to fill those cells with the correct values?

This is the expected output:

Thanks

HI @415149,

Have you tried to add +0 to your formula to replace the blank result with zero?

If these do not work, it means your records not include in your table, you may need to manually create an unconnected table with all date value and use it on column fields.
After this step, you can write a formula to look up row table records based on the current category and date value and replace the not existing value with zero.
