Matrix With More than one Columns Value with Hierarchy rows
Is it possible to draw this below matrix in powerbi Desktop

Thanks for the file. Can you please explain the calculations for the columns and why the values are the same across the columns. (as per your image in the first post)

Because in the first report in the image we are taking values for the 9th week and the weekly average is calculating for all week so in the case when there is only one week then it is the same.- PaulDBrown
What's the % calculation?
