Matrix Visual

Hi All,
       I need one logic in matrix Visual.
       I have one table that have Item and Value Columns. 
       Item column have Multiple Rows and One row called "Pencil".
       Value Column Contains Item's Values.

       These are located in Matrix Visual.
       I need to Show the Item Column's row "Pencil" is anytime Place into the first row of the Matrix. If i sort values column in matrix table descending or ascending order the "Pencil" row is always shows in first row of the Matrix.

       Is it Possible?
       (OR)
       The Row Grand total of the Matrix contains Pencil Values? So, We can anytime saw the values in first Row of the Matrix. In this logic the Category is not equal "Pencil" is applied in Filter Pane. Because the Grand total Contains "Pencil" Rows. So we need to hide this "Pencil" Row in the Matrix Visual.
        

       Is it Possible?
       Please help me.
