Matrix Visual to display multiple measures but show only summary results for specific measures

I have a requirement to showcase a matrix visual to display three measures for sales order deliveries across different stores. Here are the details:

1. Number of Sales Order Deliveries: This measure calculates the number of sales order deliveries in the pipeline for the next 14 days starting from today across each store. The columns will list the stores, while the row headers will display the dates for the next 14 days. This measure works fine.
2. Last Delivery Date: This measure shows the last date a store had a delivery. It should be displayed in a single column showing the date for each store. This measure also works fine.
3. Days Lapsed Since Last Delivery: This measure calculates the number of days lapsed since the last delivery date until today. This measure works fine in a separate visual.

However, I'm struggling to achieve the combined matrix visual:

• When I add the "Number of Sales Order Deliveries" measure, it renders correctly.
• As soon as I add the "Last Delivery Date" measure, the dates in the matrix do not honor the filters for the dates displayed in the rows, and the "Number of Sales Order Deliveries" measure renders blank.

How can I resolve this scenario and display all three measures correctly in a combined matrix visual?

Hi,

I revised your measure to

Orders for delivery = CALCULATE(COUNT(Orders[Order No]),'Calendar'[Date]>=TODAY())

I now see numbers in the combined visual

Thanks for your try. I only want to show the future dates for delivery with the Total column as well as  show "last delivery date" and "Days lapsed since last delivery" after the Total column in a single  matrix.
