I have a requirement to showcase a matrix visual to display three measures for sales order deliveries across different stores. Here are the details:

I revised your measure to
Orders for delivery = CALCULATE(COUNT(Orders[Order No]),'Calendar'[Date]>=TODAY())
I now see numbers in the combined visual

Thanks for your try. I only want to show the future dates for delivery with the Total column as well as show "last delivery date" and "Days lapsed since last delivery" after the Total column in a single matrix.
