Need help understanding why non-hierarchical blank rows are included in a matrix visual. Can these rows be suppressed/eliminated without using a filter "is not blank"?

This feature is temporarily not supported, these are the column names of the table and cannot be hidden as the value is empty.
You can only close Show item with no data to hide data with empty values.
