Matrix Variance Total Column

Hi All

Hope someone can assist. I have a Matrix which will only ever have current and previous years data. Columns are Year and Month whilst rows are Products. I need to add a Variance column (variance between the two Totals) at the end of the Matrix but as a newbie, I just cant figure it out.
