Hi,
I am using a DAX measure to calculate price variance by product :
VPM PRICE = SUMX (VALUES ('Product'[Product Group']), <calculation coding in here>
When I produce a matrix by country, the total price variance is as I wish it to be.
When I produce a matrix by Region (with multiple countries), I want the total to add up the variances per country. Instead, the measure works out the total variance for the Product across the Region (the products are not unique to one country).
Does anyone please know how I can change the DAX to achieve the summation of the country level variances in my matrix ?
Many Thanks
Peter

What about sumxing your measure over the regions' dimension table country field or something equivalent to that in your specific data model? The measure below will force the summations across countries will be correctly calculated.
Best regards,
