Matrix Tooltip

Good day everyone,

On the matrix visual is it possible to create a tooltip for the first column?

For example, the standard tooltip for the first column is the following. However, I'd like to have a different one.

 

In the body of the matrix it is possible to have tooltips similar to this one.

 

Is it possible to have one like that for the first column, "Location Codes", or am I stuck with the standard one shown in the first picture?

@DFC - Correct, custom tooltip pages only work with the Values, not the Rows.

Will they work with the value in the first column/cell?

I only get the default tooltip when hovering over it, but  I do get the customer page tooltip in the subsquent columns/cells

Can I disable that black "speech bubble" which on Rows by default and only have the tooltip which appears on Values?
