This is a pic from my matrix table. I am not using a measure. These are just fields from the table directly. The number column is doing a distinct count. If I change to regular count, then the total matches, but I will have duplicates.

If the calculation is based on distincts then if you have two values that appear in Client facing and back office you on the total that value will only be counted once that is correct because the calculations are based on the context.
What is the result you want? Is to have the 53.638 (sum of both values)
